Evolving LLC Is a  program in Racine County, Wisconsin. This program is built to develop a productive social lifestyle for people who are ambulatory, mentally challenged and are looking to better their lives by implementing programs such as AODA, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Spirituality, Peer Support and Job Readiness.
